- If the product has been tampered with, opened, or consumed, it is not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

- Once approved, you may return the product, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
